Wyndham Acmar Klang Hotel

I was really let down by the housekeeping. I checked in feeling unwell, hoping for some peace, but they knocked at 10 AM asking to clean my room. Plus, service was lacking-just half a bottle of shower gel? Really?

Make sure you stay in the twin room with super comfy bed, TV channels plus WiFi...

Every detail was good, really enjoyable. Everyone was WELCOMING and superbly friendly. Got the same double room booked online with WiFi, TV channels and super comfy bed. The location couldn't be more particularly good by Shopping Complex. Further, it was just off Shah alam, and the taxi.

The expansive room and luxurious ambiance set a relaxing tone, while the really good breakfast offered a vast array of tasty options. The kids adored the pool, perfectly designed with varying depths, and the kids club kept them entertained. The staff, particularly En Ammar and Amirah with their attentive service. a nice family staycation!

We had a good experience at wyndham. the staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcomed right from our arrival. we appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, which were so comfortable that it was tempting to just relax instead of working. the thoughtful interior design really stood out, and we enjoyed some delicious brownies that were irresistible. overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we're looking forward to coming back soon.

I had a fantastic stay, getting great value for my money, and my room was spacious and impeccably clean. The location was super convenient, and the staff treated me like family, especially Ammar and Shafiq, were really good to make our wedding event special.

I had an amazing stay! The lobby was excellent and super cute. The location was spot on, with a mall just a stone's throw away, making shopping a breeze. The pool and gym were great too; I loved lounging by the pool after working out. The staff were so friendly; they really went above and beyond, especially at the front desk and in the restaurants!

Housekeeping could use a bit of a check-up. Some things like the shower gel were running low, and it would have been nice if they were more on top of tidying up items like the iron. Just small things that could really enhance the experience!

The room we stayed in was spacious and nicely laid out, complete with WiFi and a really comfortable bed. 😊.

I had a lovely overall experience at Wyndham Acmar Klang. the suite was equipped with a safe, a mini-bar, and an iron, which made my stay comfortable. the bathroom was well-equipped and even had a bath. the location is fantastic, situated right by a local mall and nearby shops and restaurants, as well as a shopping complex.

The place is quite clean, the staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are spacious and stylish with beautiful decor.

Finally a hotel that can satisfy my taste buds! The culinary team at this hotel knows how to please with their mouthwatering breakfast spread and delightful coffee options. I also enjoyed the facilities and the relaxing ambiance at T Cafe.

Oh, and let's not forget the hilarious moment when I discovered that the cargo lift was only for "very large equipment. " I guess I won't be taking that up to my room anytime soon!

Absolutely mind-blowing! The staff, especially Pitchi and TY, were amazingly friendly and professional, always there to assist. The rooms were super comfortable, and the clean and spacious swimming pool was jaw-dropping. The fast WIFI was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast had an amazing variety of delicious food choices. The open-all-day restaurants, especially the mushroom soup, were a hit. The area felt safe, and transportation options like Grab and Taxi were readily available. The hotel provided excellent amenities like free internet access, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, restaurant, fitness center. We even got a bonus of an extra hour for check-out without any charges. Can't wait to stay here again in the future!
